By checking "I agree" above I hereby represent and warrant that I own the copyrights, or have the full right, power, and authority to grant the rights and licenses to the copyrights, in certain Copyrighted Work(s) submitted here.

By this agreement and in consideration of the mutual obligations herein and other valuable consideration which I hereby acknowledge, I grant and convey to Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Inc. (“Licensee”) and to its affiliate publications a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and publish in all formats and media, electronic-information-retrieval services, reprint services, and other on-line services, without limitation, whether now known or existing or hereafter discovered or developed, the uploaded Copyrighted Work(s).

Each party shall indemnify, defend, and hold the other harmless from any claims, judgments, damages, liabilities, settlements, losses, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees arising from or relating to any breach of this agreement or any representations or warranties made herein.
